Terms & Conditions for Booking Parties at Play Diaries

By booking a party at Play Diaries, you agree to the following terms:

Booking Confirmation: A non-refundable advance payment of ₹25,000 is required to confirm the booking.

Full Payment: Full payment (100%) must be made at least 3 days prior to the event date.

Party Duration: Each booking includes a 3-hour time slot. Available slots are:

• Morning Slot: 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM (Monday to Thursday); 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Friday to Sunday)

• Evening Slot: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Monday to Thursday); 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM (Friday to Sunday)
  Any extension beyond 30 minutes will incur a charge of ₹500 per person per hour.

• Arrive on Time: For party bookings, please arrive on time to help us organize and provide the best experience. During regular hours, the play area remains open to all families unless exclusively reserved.

Party Guidelines: Parents or guardians must supervise children during parties and group events, especially in large groups, to ensure safety and enjoyment for all.

Party Hall Specifications:

• The Joy Room (Small Hall): Ideal for intimate gatherings, this cozy space can accommodate up to 40-50 guests.

• The Grand Gala (Large Hall): A premium event space with a stage, projector system, and elegant design. Perfect for larger celebrations, providing a refined atmosphere for your special occasion.
  For events with over 50 guests, the large hall can be booked at an additional charge of ₹10,000.
  For events with over 100 guests, the large hall and entire play area are made exclusive for your private use at no extra charge.

Parking Information: Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Complimentary valet service is available, but parking spots are limited. Additional valet charges may apply.

Valet Charges: ₹1,500 for up to 40 guests, ₹3,000 for more than 40 guests, ₹6,000 for more than 100 guests

External Decorations & Activities: External décor or activity vendors are subject to approval and additional fees. In-house decoration vendors can be used at no extra charge. ₹4,000 (In-house vendors are available at no extra charge)

GST: All packages are subject to applicable GST.

Liability: Play Diaries & Coffee Diaries is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings during or after the event.

Right to Deny Entry: Management reserves the right to deny entry or evict anyone from the premises if necessary.

Socks Policy: Socks are mandatory for all guests in the Play Area (both kids and adults). Hosts are responsible for providing socks to guests who do not bring their own.

Cleanliness: The play area and party space must be left in the same condition as it was found. The host is responsible for any damages. No food is allowed inside the play area to maintain cleanliness and safety.

Guest Count: The final guest count must be confirmed at least 3 days prior to the event. If the number of guests exceeds the confirmed count by more than 10%, an additional 20% charge will apply for each extra guest.

Package Charges: Package charges apply to all adults and children, except for those under the age of 1 year.

Menu Confirmation: The final menu selection must be confirmed at least 3 days prior to the event. No changes can be made to the menu within 72 hours of the event.

Food and Beverage Policy:

• Outside Food: External food is strictly prohibited.

• Leftover Food: No food is allowed to be taken away after the event.

• Cake Storage: Management is not responsible for storing or handling the cake.

Activity Rules: All guests must adhere to safety rules set by the Play Area and Café.

Footwear Policy: Footwear is not allowed in the play areas. Kindly ensure socks are worn.

Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply for:

• External vendors or services (as mentioned above).

• Extra activities or custom requests.

• Extended hours beyond the allocated time slot.

Event Rescheduling: In case of any rescheduling, please inform us at least 72 hours prior to the event date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and management approval. Only one change in the party date is permissible.

Food Selection Policy:

• Basic Package: Includes a minimum of 1 Vegetarian dish from the menu.

• Standard & Premium Packages: Include a minimum of 2 Vegetarian dishes from the menu.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will forfeit the advance payment. Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will receive a refund of 50% of the advance payment.

Sound Levels: For the comfort of all guests, please ensure music and sound levels remain at a reasonable volume. Management reserves the right to lower sound levels if necessary.

Decor Guidelines: Decorations may not damage or alter the property. Confetti, glitter, or anything that may create a mess is not allowed. No items can be hung from the ceiling without prior approval.

Guest Behavior/Conduct: Guests are expected to maintain good behavior. Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the venue.

Photography/Filming Consent: Play Diaries & Café Diaries may use photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have your event photographed, please inform us prior to the event.

Insurance: The host is responsible for ensuring adequate insurance coverage for the event, as Play Diaries & Café Diaries does not provide event insurance.
