High-Quality Materials: Our play areas are constructed using durable and safe materials, including PVC leather, foam padding, and galvanized iron tubes. The PVC leather is easy to clean and maintain, providing a hygienic play surface, while the foam padding offers soft cushioning to prevent injuries during play. The galvanized iron tubes provide sturdy support for our structures, ensuring long-lasting durability.

Foam Pearl Protection: We use foam pearl cushioning throughout our play structures and activity zones. This soft padding absorbs impact and minimizes the risk of injuries, ensuring that your child can explore and play freely.

Age-Appropriate Equipment: All play structures and equipment are designed with specific age groups in mind. This ensures that children can safely enjoy the activities tailored to their developmental stage.

Regular Maintenance: Our team conducts regular inspections and maintenance of the play equipment to ensure everything remains in optimal condition. Safety checks are performed frequently to identify and address any potential hazards.

Trained Staff Supervision: Our friendly and trained staff is always present to supervise play areas. They are equipped to assist children as needed and to ensure that safety guidelines are followed.

Clean and Safe Environment: We prioritize cleanliness and hygiene in our facilities. Regular cleaning protocols are in place to maintain a safe and healthy environment for all children.

Play Diaries – Terms & Conditions for a Fun and Safe Experience

At Play Diaries, our top priority is to create a safe, fun, and memorable experience for you and your child. Please take a moment to review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth visit:

1. Health and Wellness

• Stay Home if Sick: To ensure everyone's health and safety, children exhibiting signs of illness (such as fever, cold, or runny nose) must stay home until they have fully recovered. If your child becomes unwell during playtime, we may ask you to return on another day. A play pass refund will be provided.

2. Supervision and Parental Responsibility

• Active Supervision: Parents or guardians must actively supervise their children during playtime. While our team is here to support, it is your responsibility to ensure your child’s safety at all times.

• Stay Close: We recommend parents remain in or near the play area so that your child can easily find you if needed.

3. Safety and Play Equipment

• Safe Play Spaces: Our play spaces are designed with safety in mind. We use high-density EVA material and soft PVC foam to cushion the floors. Additionally, frames in the active play zone are padded to prevent accidental bumps.

• Liability Notice: While we maintain high safety standards, Play Diaries is not liable for minor injuries that may occur as part of normal play.

4. Dress Code for Play

• Non-Slip Socks or Closed Shoes: To minimize the risk of slipping, we recommend children wear non-slip socks or closed-toe shoes. Non-slip socks are available at reception if needed.

5. Snacks and Allergies

• Snack Areas Only: Please enjoy snacks in the designated areas to maintain cleanliness and safety. Avoid bringing nuts or any other common allergens to ensure the safety of all our guests.

• Allergy Awareness: If your child has any allergies, please notify our staff so we can accommodate their needs and help ensure their safety.

6. Respectful Play and Clean-Up

• Gentle Play: We ask that all children play respectfully and handle toys and equipment with care. Misuse of toys or equipment may lead to restrictions on their use.

• Tidy-Up Time: We encourage families to help return toys to their proper places after play, contributing to a tidy and welcoming environment for everyone.

7. Photography and Memories

• Capture the Fun!: Feel free to take photos of your child’s playtime, but please avoid capturing other children in your photos unless you have obtained consent from their parents.

• Social Media Sharing: Occasionally, we may take photos for social media and promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your child to be featured, please inform us, and we will ensure they are excluded from any promotional material.

8. Lost and Found

• Tracking Belongings: If you’ve lost an item, please check with our Lost and Found area. To assist in this process, we recommend labeling your child's belongings. Unclaimed items will be held for a limited period.

9. Age-Appropriate Play Areas

• Play Areas by Age: Our play zones are specifically designed for certain age groups to ensure safe and enjoyable experiences. We encourage you to guide your child to appropriate areas. Our staff is available to help if needed.

10. Responsibility for Damage

• Handling with Care: We ask that children and guardians respect the play area and equipment. If damage occurs to the play area or equipment, the responsible guardian may be required to cover the cost of repair or replacement.

11. Community Etiquette

• Kindness and Courtesy: We aim to create a positive environment for all guests. Please be kind and courteous to other families and our team. In cases of disruptive behavior, we may provide a friendly reminder to ensure a positive experience for all.

12. Booking Parties and Group Events

• Arrive on Time: For party bookings, please arrive on time to help us organize and provide the best experience. During regular hours, the play area remains open to all families unless exclusively reserved.

• Party Guidelines: Parents or guardians must supervise children during parties and group events, especially in large groups, to ensure safety and enjoyment for all.

13. Liability Waiver

• Play at Your Own Risk: While we take utmost care with our facilities and safety measures, parents and guardians acknowledge and accept that Play Diaries is not responsible for any minor injuries resulting from normal play.
